Even after stories and cuddles, many children struggle to slow down, relax their bodies, and fall asleep peacefully. This book offers a gentle, screen-free way to unwind - through story, movement, and breath.
Shani Alon developed a creative approach that combines mindfulness, imagination, and movement. By matching yoga poses to fruits, she helps children aged 3-8 connect naturally to yoga. This experience inspired her to create a book that brings joyful yoga practice into your home.

Real experiences from families who made yoga part of their bedtime routine
I love this so much! I work at a daycare and frequently babysit my nieces and nephew. They love practicing yoga with me and I cannot wait to read them this before bed when I babysit! I also plan to share this with my daycare center, I could see this book in schools everywhere, or at least it should be! Thank you for such an amazing book for kiddos. You are awesome!

I am very pleased that I purchased this book. The story is creative, the pictures are eye catching, and the poses are perfect for toddlers. My little one enjoys reading this story before nap and bedtime. As a yoga teacher myself, it is a great way to introduce yoga to children in a fun and creative way.

This is the first book we got my kiddo and he loves it. First time he let me read him a book start to finish and wants me to read it to him daily. His favorite is the banana page 🍌💛 Highly recommend this cute book for your little yoga babes.

My Nieces and Nephews love this book! They’re even trying to imitate some of the poses already😊 The art is very good too, far better than I see in most other kids books these days. My personal favorite part is the bananas shirt😂 Plus the writing and rhymes are top notch!

My daughter loves this book! She is 2.5 and does each of the yoga poses completely on her own initiative and loves noticing the fruits and small details of the beautiful pages. I can’t wait to get her into yoga after reading this book and getting excited about it. The breathing in and out is also great for calming her down, and it’s very cute to hear her say “ommmmm” ❤️
